Just yesterday on Instagram I scrolled my past 2 different photos. The first photo said that a plant-based diet was 1000% the way to go. Tons of fiber antioxidants and its best for the animals! The 2nd photo said a keto diet was the answer to all your prayers. Because after all we all know those pesky carbs are keeping us obese! I closed Instagram feeling frustrated for those who are trying to make sense of all this nutritional mumbo jumbo. Its confusing as hell !! I feel you. The bottom line? EVERYONE HAS AN OPINION. Unfortunately Instagram doesnt have a bullshit filter yet so youll have to decide for yourself who you follow and if their advice is credible.
